Le protocole sur les changements climatiques de l\u2019Association mini\u00e8re du Canada (AMC) est le plus r\u00e9cent ajout au programme Vers le d\u00e9veloppement minier durable<\/em> (VDMD) et sera mis en oeuvre progressivement au cours des deux prochaines ann\u00e9es. La production de rapports publics devrait commencer en 2023. Le nouveau protocole comprend un ensemble d\u2019indicateurs de rendement visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la gestion, par le secteur minier, des possibilit\u00e9s et des risques li\u00e9s au climat, y compris des strat\u00e9gies d\u2019att\u00e9nuation et d\u2019adaptation, l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019objectifs et la production de rapports. Ce protocole rel\u00e8ve la barre du rendement de l\u2019industrie en mati\u00e8re de changements climatiques en permettant la mise en oeuvre d\u2019une gouvernance d\u2019entreprise rigoureuse, de strat\u00e9gies d\u2019action climatique et de syst\u00e8mes de gestion complets sur les sites miniers, ce qui fait en sorte que les entreprises peuvent atteindre leurs objectifs climatiques.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
