Los miembros de la Asociación Minera de Canadá creen que todas las lesiones y enfermedades ocupacionales se pueden prevenir y además reconocemos que todos tienen el derecho a trabajar en un lugar seguro y saludable.

Concordando con nuestro compromiso de los principios orientadores de “Hacia una Minería Sustentable” (HMS), demostramos nuestro liderazgo a nivel mundial al proteger la seguridad, salud y bienestar de nuestros trabajadores, contratistas y comunidades. También fomentamos y apoyamos la conciencia sobre la salud y seguridad dentro de las comunidades donde operamos.

Las empresas que pertenecen a la Asociación Minera de Canadá han acordado los siguientes compromisos con respecto a la seguridad y salud.
