Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for technical excellence, innovation, and collaborative leadership. As General Manager, Technical and Sustainability for Rio Tinto, Lucy helps advance safe, sustainable, and responsible growth while fostering inclusive, high-performing teams. She also plays an important role in mentoring and developing the next generation of mining professionals. Her technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to sustainability make her an outstanding Women in Mining.
