Nicola Banton is a highly respected professional engineer with more than 25 years of environmental and permitting experience in the mining industry, including five years with Coeur Mining, Inc. As Manager, Permitting, Nicola plays a key role in advancing responsible mining practices by navigating complex environmental, regulatory, and stakeholder considerations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, sustainability, and long-term value creation. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise across environmental management, environmental assessment and permitting, project engineering, metallurgy, water management, tailings systems, and risk management.
