Pam Schwann is a trailblazer in the mining industry with more than 35 years of experience and a longstanding commitment to advancing the sector. Throughout her career, Pam has taken on roles that were previously not held by women in Canada, including Provincial Resident Geologist and President of a Mining Association, while creating new opportunities for leadership and participation across the industry. She has also transformed the Saskatchewan Mining Association into a highly impactful team and organization for its members through events, government relations, advocacy, education outreach and other initiatives. Her leadership has helped strengthen both the Saskatoon and Canadian mining sectors, making Pam an outstanding Woman in Mining.
