Templates for VSP Verification Statement

As per the VSP Terms of Reference, “the VSP report shall include, at a minimum, a verification statement from the VSP confirming the completion of the verification and its results.” MAC has developed two acceptable versions of a VSP Letter for use by the VSP, as follows. VSPs can include additional information and detail within the letter, as appropriate and as per company standards.

For both of these options, the verification statement should be signed by the VSP, presented on VSP Company letterhead, and dated after the VSP has reached agreement with the client on the final version of Review Report.
