Protocolo de manejo de relaves de HMS, 2019

La versión anterior del Protocolo de manejo de relaves (el Protocolo), con fecha de noviembre de 2017, incluyó los requisitos para la preparación para emergencias como parte del indicador 5 y se refirió al Desarrollo de un Manual de operación, mantenimiento y monitoreo para las instalaciones de manejo de relaves y de recursos hídricos (la Guía OMS). La guía de preparación para emergencias se trasladó a la Guía para el manejo de depósitos de relaves (la Guía de Relaves, Versión 3.1, con fecha de febrero de 2019).

Para reflejar este cambio en la guía, los requisitos del Protocolo para la preparación para emergencias se trasladaron al indicador 2 y ahora se refieren a la Guía de relaves. Este es el único cambio material a la versión de febrero de 2019 del Protocolo.
