Christine is a policy professional specializing in climate, air quality, and chemicals management, with deep experience working under the Canadian Environmental Protection Act (CEPA). She brings a strong track record of advancing industry priorities within complex regulatory environments. She spent over four and a half years with the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada, where she led technical policy files and played a key role in shaping and advocating positions on behalf of the sector. Her experience also includes working with an innovative startup, where she supported efforts to advance industrial decarbonization by engaging policymakers and promoting enabling measures for low-carbon technologies. Christine holds a degree in Geology and a Master of Science in Sustainable Energy Development from the University of Calgary. She has also represented the Chemistry Industry Association of Canada on the international stage through the International Council of Chemical Associations (ICCA), contributing to global discussions on climate and energy policy.
